1. About this website

The site describes our event design, production, decor, fabrication, entertainment and management services, and lets you contact us or request a proposal. Information on the site is provided for general purposes. Services, availability and capabilities described on the site may change without notice.

2. Requests for proposals and inquiries

Submitting a Request for Proposal (RFP), contact form or chat message does not create a contract or reserve any date, equipment or service. Any event work is governed only by a written proposal or agreement signed by you and EPI. Prices, quotes and descriptions are not binding until confirmed in writing.

Please provide accurate information and do not upload files you do not have the right to share. Files you send are used only to prepare our response to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Our content

The text, photographs, videos, designs, logos and other content on the site belong to EPI or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Event photographs may show work produced for our clients and are shown as examples of our work. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, such as planning an event. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Names and logos of clients, partners, venues and events shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe work we have done or organizations we have worked with. Their appearance does not mean they endorse this site.

4. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews and testimonials on the site are the personal opinions of the people who wrote them. Google reviews are shown exactly as they were posted. Results described in a review depend on the event and are not a promise of the same result for every event.
